Leadership
Leading with Vision, Driving Innovation
Our leadership team drives ICS forward, creating future-proof software solutions that solve real-world challenges.

Peter Winston
Founder & CEO
It was at the X User Conference at MIT in 1987 that Peter realized what he had long suspected — interface design, what we now call user experience (UX), was the future. That insight led him to found Integrated Computer Solutions (ICS). More than 30 years later, ICS thrives at the intersection of UX and engineering, bringing together software developers, UX designers, AI/ML experts and cybersecurity and regulatory specialists to create transformational products.
Since his first role out of Vassar building early software for PCs and workstations at Digital Equipment Corp., Peter's instinct for anticipating technology trends has guided his leadership. Peter drives innovation by combining data with intuition, leading the team he credits as ICS' greatest strength in developing high-performance software applications for complex use cases. With emphasis on medical devices and life sciences applications, ICS' portfolio also spans solutions for high-impact industries including industrial and IoT, transportation and IVI, aerospace and defense, and consumer and commercial.

Sarah Lummus
Chief Financial Officer
Following undergraduate study at Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin, Sarah began her career as a registered financial consultant with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and EF Hutton investment groups.
